Fees

Relating LLC is a fee for service provider, and we do not participate in insurance plans. Our rates are among the more affordable range for this area at $100 per 60-minute session.

Additionally, extended sessions are available for individuals, couples, and/or families who desire additional time due to distances traveled or to more fully explore their issues and promote healing. Extended sessions range from as few as 90-minutes and up to as many as 8-hour, day-long intensives; these are billed at the client’s same hourly rate in 15-minute increments. Multiple hour sessions do require pre-payment.

We recognize these out-of-pocket costs may still be out of reach for some clients and offer a limited number of slots for those who meet criteria for our sliding scale fee schedule. A waiting list is available once the slots are filled.  Relating LLC no longer participates with Open Path Psychotherapy Collective. However, former clients who came to Relating LLC through OPPC and who still qualify financially for that program may return here for therapy under their Open Path membership at any time, even if all sliding scale slots are filled.

Good Faith Estimates

Under federal law, we are required to post the following notice:

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

  • Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item.

  • You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

  • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit cms.gov/nosurprises or call 303-747-7444
